We're Hiring

Join the Cornerstone crew

We're building a small, dependable team that takes pride in exterior work done the right way. If you show up on time, work hard, and treat people well — we want to hear from you.

Open Roles

What we're hiring for

We hire year-round for seasonal, part-time, and project-based work. No formal experience required — attitude and reliability matter most.

Why Work With Us

A small crew that treats you like one

We know a job is more than a paycheck. Here's what to expect when you join the team.

Honest, competitive pay

Paid weekly. Tips shared with the crew that earned them. Mileage covered for job-site travel outside our home area.

Real mentorship

You'll learn directly from Braydon and Carson — proper technique, customer communication, and how to run a job from arrival to walkthrough.

Respectful crew culture

No yelling, no ego. We hold each other to a high standard and help each other grow. Punctuality and honesty are non-negotiable.

Safety first, always

You'll be trained on ladder safety, PPE, and site awareness before you're ever put in a position you're not ready for.

Room to grow

Prove yourself and you'll take on more responsibility — leading small jobs, quoting customers, and training the next new hire.

Great teammates

We hire people we'd trust in our own homes. That means the people beside you on the truck are people worth knowing.

Our Hiring Process

Simple, respectful, and quick

No black-hole applications. From the moment you hit submit to your first shift, here's exactly what happens.

  1. 01

    Apply online

Fill out the application below — it takes about 5 minutes. Tell us who you are, when you can work, and why you'd like to join.

  2. 02

    Quick phone call

If your application looks like a fit, one of us will call you within 3–5 days for a short, casual conversation about the role.

  3. 03

    Meet the crew

We'll invite you to a paid half-day working alongside us on a real job so we can both see if it's the right match.

  4. 04

    Offer & onboarding

If it clicks, we'll bring you on with a written offer, walk through safety and expectations, and get you scheduled for your first full shift.

Our promise: every applicant hears back from us within two weeks — even if it's a no. You took the time to apply; the least we can do is respond.

What We Look For

Character over credentials

You don't need a résumé full of experience. You need to bring these things.

Reliability

You show up on time, in the right gear, ready to work. If something changes, you communicate early.

A good attitude

You handle long days, hot weather, and picky customers without dragging the crew down.

Attention to detail

You'd rather redo a window than leave a streak. Small things matter.

Respect for the customer

Their home is their biggest investment. You treat it that way.

Physical readiness

Comfortable lifting, climbing ladders, and being on your feet all day.

Willingness to learn

You take feedback well and improve fast. Nobody expects you to know everything on day one.
